Terms of Service

By using Sudanna, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

1. The service

Sudanna is a platform bringing together six sections — Sports, Social Events, Market Place, Services Hub, Jobs, and News — for the Sudanese community in the UK.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You must be 18 or older to create an account or make any payment on the platform.

3. Acceptable use

You may not post fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful content; impersonate anyone else; send spam; or attempt to circumvent any of the platform's protective measures. We may remove content that breaches these terms or suspend an account without prior notice in serious cases.

4. Listings and payments

Sellers, service providers, and employers may post free or paid listings depending on the tier chosen. All payments are processed by Stripe. Paid listings are non-refundable once published, except where the issue is a technical fault on our side.

5. Events and tickets

Sudanna is a platform that lets organisers sell tickets — it is not itself an event organiser. The organiser is solely responsible for the event's quality, safety, and delivery. Money owed to organisers is paid out manually after the event ends, on a schedule managed by our admin team.

6. Content you create

You retain ownership of any content you post (listings, photos, reviews), but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform for as long as your account or listing stays active.

7. Limitation of liability

Sudanna is an intermediary connecting users with each other; we are not a party to any transaction or agreement between users. We're not responsible for the quality of goods, services, jobs, or events listed by users.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the changes.
